KeyStone Cuts™ is a studio for faceless creators. This page says, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, and who helps us run the service. We keep as little as the studio needs to work.
What we keep
- Your account: your email, your name, and a password. Passwords are held by our sign-in provider, Supabase, in protected form. We never see or store them.
- Your profile and preferences: your handle, where you post, your city, your default mode and your pre-publish rules.
- Your voice card: what you tell MyLingo about how you talk, and the phrases it finds in scripts you choose to teach it.
- Your runs: the scripts you paste into Scene Finder, the photos picked for each line, the license ledger, and what each run cost.
- On your device: the studio saves your settings and a copy of your voice card in your browser so pages load fast. Signing out removes the voice card from that device.
Why we keep it
Only to run the studio for you: to find photos for your lines, write in your voice, keep your receipts and credits, and let you pick up on any device. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and we do not use tracking cookies.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase runs sign-in and stores your account, profile, voice card and preferences.
- Netlify hosts the site and stores your runs and receipts.
- Anthropic provides the AI. The text of a script or tool request is sent to it to plan shots, pick photos and write in your voice.
- Photo and sound archives (Wikimedia Commons, the Library of Congress, Openverse, Pixabay and others) receive search words only, never your account details.
Who can see your data
Your account can only read its own profile, voice card and preferences. Your runs and receipts are tied to your account and shown only to you. The studio owner can see spending totals for the service.
Your choices
- Clear your voice card any time with "Forget my voice" in MyLingo or Settings.
- Ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it, and we will.
- Ask for a copy of what we keep about you.
Children
KeyStone Cuts is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep data from them.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
